A 41-year-old "Digital Enthusiast" with excellent interpersonal skills, I'm perceptive, pragmatic, rigorous, resourceful, versatile and always ready to take on new challenges.

After successfully completing my chosen career change project in 2016, and with now 5 years of expertise in digital (agency, advertiser or freelance), my skills in project management and marketing (traditional or digital), combined with basic technical knowledge (Html, php, css, js, Mysql or various CMS), basics in graphic, UI/UX design and a constant technological watch, allow me today to develop and implement a web or marketing strategy, animate social networks communities, improve a site's SEO & SEA and optimize digital projects management, create contents ; from the most elementary to the most complex and for all types of customers or brands.

Currently available, I'm looking for a position as a project manager, a consultant in digital transition/transformation, a digital strategy or marketing manager, a growth hacking or business development consultant. I live in Toulouse but, free of all constraints and above all ready to invest myself fully in my future duties, I am mobile in France or worldwide (TOEIC in preparation). I can also of course provide high-quality remote work.

Digital Project, Marketing and Communications Manager

Steering of various digital and traditional marketing and communication campaigns and actions, but mainly, crisis management linked to the finalization of various projects (change of visual identity, replacement of the CRM still in the process of being created, redesign and launch of the new website) launched and to be carried out simultaneously; despite a context with high social or economic stakes for the company and an uncertain sectoral economic situation.

  • COMMUNICATION STRATEGY AND TRADITIONAL OR DIGITAL MARKETING :
  • Recommendations for various actions to acquire, engage or retain customers and business partners, on the steering and promotional or retargeting campaigns to be run, the construction and automation of emails, the animation of social networks, the organization of contests with definition of objectives, prizes and mechanics; but also on the loyalty and customer ambassador programs to be created and the pro athletes or events to be sponsored, etc...
  • Creation and construction of RS publication templates in line with the new graphic charter, and recommendations on the different types of media to be created and used, and the strategy for distributing them.
  • Elaboration of the communication strategy around the launch of the new site and rebranding.
  • Construction of the global 2023 communications plan.
  • Organization and production of the full team photoshoot for the new site and image change (individual, group or video/GIF).
  • Press relations and participation in the creation of articles or advertising pages.
  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATION :
  • Project takeover and remobilization of the various players involved.
  • Taking stock of work done and managing delays.
  • Resynchronization of parallel developments.
  • Demanding monitoring of progress due to the various interconnections of flows/environments still under construction; and ongoing control of any regressions (side-effects) resulting from serial deployments.

  • Recovery and integration of content from the old site (Drupal=>Wp), but also rearrangement or correction of several contents and pages.
  • Anticipation and preventive resolution of various major or technical problems related to the redesign, with potentially far-reaching consequences.
  • Creation and monitoring of the various environments (preprod and prod, both Wordpress and CRM environments and workflows).
  • Complex management of the deployment of the new site due to poorly controlled network infrastructure, problems recovering SSL certificates or DNS propagation.

  • Configuration and migration of Google analytics to GA4.
